Lesson 2 - Setup Your Master Sheet

The Master Sheet is the key to the whole enchilada. It is where you will spend most of your time. There are tabs for Inventory, All Scouts, Take Order, Show & Deliver, Store Front, Prizes, and even Parent information. Literally everything. The great thing is, once you set it up and understand how it works, the process gets much easier. AND this document also serves as a launch pad for the next year's sale!

In this lesson, you will review each tab, how it's used, all of the "auto-update" formulas, and what variable impact them.  If you are not familiar with the =vlookup() function, become familiar with it.  It's the most used function in this system.  You will use it to lookup information from other tabs and auto populate the sheet with the correct data. Saves a lot of Copy & Paste!
